Parking was $15 and they had very little. Staff said park in commercial lot next to hotel, bring receipt (for $25) and get reimbursed difference. I am still waiting 7 days later for a credit that will never come. For breakfast, only had coffee, but you had to know it was available and where to find it.

I liked that it was close to the convention centre where the conference was held.
Negatives:
The room was dark. One of the lights in the room wasn't working. The blinds didn't open properly. The air conditioning was loud and old. By the second day, one of the elevators stopped working so it took a long time to get to the hotel room since the stairs could only be used to get out of the hotel. The was no breakfast provided or optional breakfast.

Huge room, no furniture or lamps. Poor lighting. No wall decor made the room echo and loud. Pillows were flat.

The price was hiked due...
Positives:
My husband and I had a suite, we stay in Columbus multiple times a year for softball tournaments. It was last minute stay and we got a good deal. The plus was they didn’t charge us extra for having our puppy. And we had a large spacious room!
Negatives:
We couldn’t watch tv unless we wanted to pay to watch movies which I found odd. They had cable but none of the channels worked…
