Positives: It was dirty, not well cleaned, there were stains on the side of the bed from dog urine. I live here in Conneaut area and this was for my sister traveling from Geoorgia. I was so proud there was a nice local place she could stay visit our dad for his 85th birthday.....sadly she couldn't sleep, switched rooms when it was raining inside the first room through the heating unit...I really thought when it changed hands it would vastly improve. We have a lot if family coming in in july,but I won't recommend they stay there...too dirty.

Negatives: The rooms are dirty. Poorly maintained. Very embarrassing for a local person like me who was just trying to promote local business.

Positives: The continental breakfast was great. Cereal, fruit bars, pop-tarts, yogurt, bagels, bread (+ toaster), juice, coffee, muffins were all on offer. Great selection for a quick breakfast before hitting the road.

Negatives: The building itself is obviously very old, but the reception area and rooms have been redecorated and it was very clean. Front desk staff (both at check-in and check-out) were exceptionally friendly.
