Overall not happy. The staff messed up our reservations, and gave away our room a day early. 1st room had spiders and smelt horribly. Had maintenance come repair a busted shower head that has been soaking the dry wall from some time evident by the waters stains in the ceiling. The maid service did not service our room for 2 days, even with the "maid service" sign up. Had to ask the front desk for clean towels twice, as were other guests. 2nd room they moved us into was better, and did not smell. However, the window would not close. The actual window was to small for the frame, and had screws holding it in place. Made it very hard to sleep with the echoing of the freeway in our room. Overall, will not stay here again.

I was thrown out on Easter even though I paid threw booking.com some how it was cancelled and all I had to do was run 10 mins away to pay a second time they threw me out they was so rude I cried they threw me out for no reason and treated me so badly I will never forget what happened to me, these people that work there have no feelings they are rude do not go there people please they will throw u out for no reason then they kept my deposit for a late check out can u even believe it... Omg I've called the news stations bbb they have not heard the last of me...
