I was in a king room between outside and the stairs. Due to the stairs it was a little noisy.
The dark shade was broken and left a 2 foot gap where light from businesses would come in. I was tired so didn't report it but the light was annoying.

Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Very sweet to our girls. All amenities were great, clean. Probably the most comfy hotel beds we’ve ever Slept in. Nice central location.
