It was easy to locate. Staff was pleasant. The mattress & bedding showed no signs of bed bugs, etc. Lobby was nice & not alot of noise considering the busy area we where in. My wife recently broke her back - we needed a working elevator - thank you!!!

Don't understand - no closets, dresser, night stands, MICROWAVE, coffee pot!!! We expected a better breakfast. There were buggers on the bathroom wall & someone spilt something sticky on the telephone & stand - my fingers stuck to the phone - gross... There was a heavy rain storm - our window leaked. Was not happy we were charged extra for the 3rd night because of and 5th 3rd was Friday night ...

Everything, the staff was really friendly the room are so spacious, and I love all those hooks in the room, brekfast was good I wish they have waffles for the kiddos. Pool is nice and clean

Great location, very friendly accommodating staff, room was very clean, and they were very amenable to any requests I had.
Negatives:
Breakfast was very disappointing, nothing much at all there. The sandwiches were extremely dry, no eggs, no bacon, just too few offerings. Might be enough of a reason to use a different hotel next time I visit family.
