Positives: Location was right where we needed. Went to Summit Indoor Derby and was only 10 minutes away from fairgrounds! Beds were comfy! Room was a little outdated but CLEAN and didn't smell! All facilities worked good! If want somewhere good to eat that isn't a chain look up Mike's Place, it's 4 minutes away and whole experience in itself with all day breakfast!

Negatives: Breakfast was scarce (to be expected for the price per night). They had fresh fruit (banana's and apple's), 2 kinds of cereal, danish's (stale), and juice (Apple and Orange).
