Nothing. The ONE staff member I saw was on the phone the whole time. I called front desk because of grown kids running up and down the halls kicking peoples doors. At midnight. He said oh well. The next morning all the windows were busted on the cars outside. Not one hotel staff cared. Pool was over ran with teenage disrespectful kids, couldn’t work out due to KIDS playing in there I asked staff to help and nothing was done. Bathroom shower had hair in it. Phone in room did not work. Tv kept shutting off. Absolutely horrible

A convenient location. Very familiar with the area near Kings Island amusement park in Ohio.
Negatives:
We booked a room thru Booking.com for April 3. The reason for the trip was cancelled. I cancelled with Booking on 3/29. On 4/1 Booking sent a notice that they had not heard from Tru and suggested I call Tru directly. I spoke with a helpful rep on 4/1. He called the front desk and said "good news" that I would be refunded and no cancellation fee. I have not gotten a refund. We will be making this trip when rescheduled and would like to stay at Tru. Refund, please?
