Positives:
Great location between Toledo and Perrysburg. Fairly clean, and breakfast included is a plus. You have a microwave, and a iron board. Parking is also pretty good.
Negatives:
Wish they had more breakfast options. Room was very clean, but one towel had a small mark, not a big deal just didnt get removed in the wash.

The location was good, but nothing else was up to par.
Negatives:
Front desk person was not around at times and unhelpful at other times the room had a foul smell and was never cleaned (and we ran out of clean towels) the parking lot typically had people standing around and smoking and the wireless connection was down for much of the weekend.

Breakfast on the 2nd floor. Hotter than the sun in that room. People standing around in front of the food talking.

Nice continental breakfast, including make-your-own waffles, and eggs, biscuits, and sausage.

Needs updating. Carpet was well worn and seemed dirty. Not at all in line with what you expect for $120/night.
