Clean, modern hotel with a nice lobby for hanging out with family or friends. The lobby is set up to encourage group interaction. Great, friendly staff!

The location and the attitude of the staff. Especially Tammy and Jordan. Friendly and very considerate and caring. And for Jess for helping me take care of a reservation mistake. Which saved me from being charged one nights stay for canceling a reservation made by mistake.
Negatives:
Had an issue on the phone with DJ was trying to add and additional nights day. With he quoted a price which was $100 more than the email he sent me. When I asked how's this? And it said it was a mistake by the computer. Well it went on on and by mistake and I ended up with 2 reservations. Fortunately another employee Jess helped me out with this.

Breakfast was fantastic. My favorite part of the entire stay was the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. As someone who normally forgets these items in a rush, it was truly convenient. Staff was excellent!

Nice stay. Just one night....
Positives:
Room and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Front desk was nice.
Negatives:
When I arrived late I realized I did not have any hand soap. One of the wall dispensers was completely empty I called, no answer… tried again and front desk said she would try to find a bar of soap and I would have to come get it myself since she didn’t have help. The next morning I got in the shower and there is no body wash. The dispenser completely empty. They had to refill that day. Also, the fan vent above the toilet is completely covered in dust. These are things that should be looked at every time when housekeeping goes in a room. Also, I put the do not disturb sign on my door but housekeeping knocked on my door until I asked her to come back!

The hotel is nice and...
Positives:
It was a super cool facility but above all it was clean! The room was small and perfect. The breakfast was good and sufficient. It was super quiet during quiet hours even though there was a ton of kids there. The young man that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The morning lady that was taking care of the breakfast area did a fantastic job and was extremely friendly. I think the best thing about this hotel was the blinds!! Double pull down screen type blinds...whoever had that idea needs a raise!!!!! We will most definitely be back!!

There were alot of dogs but that is just a personal preference. I am highly allergic
