At first the front desk lady wasnt that friendly she must of had a busy day but I was early to check in so had to come back and when i vame back was like 15min early and she made me wait till 3 to check me in and therre was nobody there but other staff.

Location is great and staff was overall friendly and rooms was clean sorry I wrote what I didn't like in the box that says what I did like so this is what I did like about my stay at redroof inn

Could not watch tv due to no cable. Room did not have a microwave, refrigerator or coffee. For the price of the room those should have at least one of those options.

Nice place to stay if you dont plan to spend much time in the room.

The room was very clean. the bed was comfortable.

The TV didn't work. the Air conditioning didn't work. It took a very long time for us to check in. It took a very long time for the water to get hot enough to shower. The noise from the parking lot came right in the room.

Even for the discount price, it was not worth the stay.

Sink had no counter despite the large bathroom. Half a roll of TP and no holder, it sat on a shelf. Light from outside came in our window.

there was drug and prostitution activity in one of the rooms below us. I checked out a day early and told the front desk clerk that I was uncomfortable. She kind of just nodded her head as if she knew what I was talking about, but wasnt concerned there was also a person using the bathroom on the side of the building again the desk clerk was not concerned about it. With the amount of drug activity going on in the hotel, I did not feel safe at that location which caused me to cut my trip a day early and drive 300 miles back home.
