Beautiful hotel, inside and out. Common areas are spacious and very well appointed as are the rooms. Everything was bright, airy, clean and classy. Bed was incredibly comfortable and gave my wife and I am amazing night's sleep. Linens were bright, white, and clean. First overall impression of room was warm, welcoming comfort. Staff was very professional and friendly, day and night. During our stay, there was a group of youth soccer teams who were unruly and chaperoned by parents more interested in drinking beer and "socializing" than parenting or chaperoning. Kids roamed hallways, some causing damage to wallpaper, and they (adults and kids) destroyed the pool (literally vandalized it by pulling out a pool light). You could tell staff (and guests) wanted this group evicted from premises, but all that could be done (short of calling police) was for staff to corral the troublemakers and constantly remind adults anda kids to behave while simultaneously apologizing to well-mannered guests to try to make the behaved guests as comfortable as possible. Honestly, the hotel staff was put through the ringer and given quite the challenge, but they rose above it all and should be commended, especially by Management, Ownership and Corporate stakeholders.
Negatives:
Our room, 333, was beautiful but there were multiple minor issues that did undermine our visit just a bit. There was no Conditioner (but the Shampoo and Body Wash was full); there was no hand soap (but there was Facial Soap and Body Lotion); the air conditioning unit was very, very, VERY loud each and every time it kicked on it woke my wife and I up; there was no trash can near the toilet so my wife could discreetly discard used sanitary/feminine hygiene products; and light bulb was burned out in one of the floor lamps.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance guy was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating all weekend. He had such a great attitude and personality to everyone! The front desk staff was kind, helpful and inviting as well! Rooms were clean and up to date! The pool was nice and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! We will stay here again!
