The lady at the front desk when we first arrived was great. Very personable & helpful. Heather the barmaid was very nice & good at her job. All the employees were friendly. Everything was very clean as well.

The location was the best thing. Close to the HOF where my teenager had to be for a sports tournament. For the price, I felt a basic breakfast or good coffee (Starbucks) is promoted) should be included, but only in the Cafe area, not in the room. Room was fine, beds comfortable, not noisy, and clean.
