We had only gone and stayed at the hotel for a hot tub experience, and it was not on their personal website that it was down and then the manager proceeded to argue with myself, and my significant other about the fact that it was not on their personal website when he had personally put it on there And my significant other had gone to the personal website and booked our hotel. They did not bother to do anything to say I was sorry and what can we do to make a better all the manager want to do was argue with myself and my significant other about what was put on a website and that put on the website and not worry about the money we spent in the experience we had and wanted to wait until 11 oclock as I was punching out of the room to tell me the hot tub will be up in 20 minutes.
