Positives:
The hotel room was filthy with pee stained beds and the pillows were yellow. When I addressed this with the morning shift manager he suggested to use the pillow covers over the stained pillows. Really?
Negatives:
The room was dirty, the microwave, tv, tv stand, blood stain on bathroom floor. Pee stained mattress. I had to help the night staff switch us out to a new room that was in the same condition. She had to bring us an entirely new mattress and we brought our own pillows. We got there at 10 pm hoping to go to bed by 10:30, we did not sleep until 1:30 am.
When I complained about the filthy bed and pillows, the morning manager said what were the bed sheets and pillow covers for.
