Checked in at midnight and the lobby was dark! No lights. I have never been into any resorts or hotels that were dark inside. My kids and I were having midnight snacks at the lobby with no lights since there’s no microwave in the room. My husband was looking for an orange juice for my toddler and the front desk girl didn’t let him take any. She even yelled at us saying “You should go back to the room once you’re done eating!!” Her tone was unpleasant and she isn’t professional at all. We have never heard such a tone and demands from other hotels. She was texting during her shift too, and I have never seen any other unprofessional receptionist like her. Hilton hotels will be off my list.

Location was great; staff were professional and friendly; room was clean and bathroom products were filled.
Negatives:
Common area were in need of repair, especially stained carpets in 3rd floor hallway; toilet paper was not normal Hilton brand but a really cheap thin value brand two ply; breakfast was a little disappointing for a Tru by Hilton. Normally, a cheese omelette is available. Instead, there were watery scrambled eggs. Also, the fresh fruit selection was subpar -- bananas over-ripe and no oranges or other citrus fruit

We've stayed in a lot of chains over the US for work and this one has better equip gyms, a few social activities like a pool table, t.v, games and even shuffle board so you didn't feel trapped in your room. The rooms weren't too big or too small and were clean. This is also the best budget hotel breakfast that we've had, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Just what we needed whilst being at work.
