This was the first time using this chain and due to the price we were unsure of what to expect but we loved our stay and will be staying in this chain more often. We've stayed in a lot of chains over the US for work and this one has better equip gyms, a few social activities like a pool table, t.v, games and even shuffle board so you didn't feel trapped in your room. The rooms weren't too big or too small and were clean. This is also the best budget hotel breakfast that we've had, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Just what we needed whilst being at work.

We didn't make it down for breakfast. The room was a very good size, and the bed was comfortable. The young ladies at the desk were very nice. They have a good staff. The TRU Hotel is a really nice place to stay at.

They should try to bring in Coffee makers for the rooms. The WATER PRESSURE IS WAY TO WEAK FOR THE WOMEN TO WASH THEIR HAIR AND GET THE SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER OUT, THAT IS HARD WITH VERY WEAK WATER PRESSURE. PILLOWS SHOULD BE A LITTLE FIRMER. The review I have written is both good and not, but TRU Hotel is a good place just like all hotels the water pressure is very, weak & so this isn't the only place. Just know that! I know other people feel the same!
