1. Got there and waited for the front desk person for 45 min. 2. Staff person when we were checking out was rude and basically called me a lied 3 our toilet didnt flush 4 our sink was stopping up 5 they didnt even answer the front desk phone. 6. I will call the manager in the morning and talk to her we always stay there when we go a powwow and never have had so many problems
