It smelled, the heater/air conditioner filter needed to be changed our something, people lived there like permanent & were sitting outside all the time, the continental breakfast was in a musty hallway on a table, it was a cheap room & it showed. But really pretty much exactly what we expected

Walked into the building & was hit by a million flies & thick smoke. Stains everywhere on computer chair, lounge chair, & the stool they had. The room was a nonsmoking room but it had a strong smell of smoke & even the computer chair still had ashes in it.

The first room I was given had hair and some kind of gunk in the sink as well as smelling of cat and a sticky bathroom floor. The second room had an odd smell that I eventually determined was car air fresheners stuck in the air conditioner. There was water damage in the ceiling above one of the beds as well as several stains on the ceiling. I disposed of several bugs. Although you get what you pay for, the proprietors should renovate the entire hotel. The picture on booking.com is very old and when the hotel saw better days. Several exterior support beams were rotting and the roof paint was severely peeling. The included "breakfast" was a bunch of snacks that were left out in the hallway next to the closed main office. I notified the front desk of these problems and was summarily given a token response, which I doubt will cause any action.

The rooms were dirty and smelled of smoke. There were leaves on the floor, dirty q-tips, broken furniture, cigarette burns in the Comforter, and the airconditioner was dirty. My family had a cough for two days after leaving.

This Motel is very dirty! The couches in the rooms were extremely dirty, The sheets and comforters had black grease and holes in them from cigarettes burns even though it was a non smoking rooms! The room stunk so bad I had to get bleach cleaner and clean the whole room! The first room they put me in had toothpaste and spit and hair in the sink. There was blood on the wall by the bathroom trash can, blood on the shower curtain hair on the wall in the shower. It looked as though someone shot up on the bathroom and squirted the blood from the syringe on the wall and the toilet paper! The carpet in the rooms are sticky and nasty! We rented 7 rooms for graduation at OU and and 2 out of 7 were decent! My SIL actually left and found another motel because hers was so disgusting! Some rooms had cockroaches in them! I do not recommend this motel at all!

We heard from a taxi driver that Norman country use this hotel for homeless people and that’s would appear to be the case given state of rooms and common areas.

Everything!!!! The smell of the rooms and halls were just awful!!! The rooms were not in the best shape!!!! The beds were not the size they were suppose to be!!! The door lock was broken!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! The lobby was closed!!!! It is 100% not as shown on the website!!!! The beds were hard as a rock!!! Curtain were torn and didn’t close completely!!!
