When I arrived the only room left was in the middle of renovations - pain on the floor, open plugs. Moved to another room, the next night someone else was in it. 3rd room worked out.. Checked out a day early - not refunded.

There was three people staying in three room and only gave us two crappy pillows there were roaches every where when we asked for more towels we were told we would have to get with housekeeping but we had to leave before they git there and they left before we got back so we had to spend money we did not have for stuff that should have been in the room

The price would have been reasonable had the facilities been safe & clean.
Negatives:
The building is in rough shape. There was black mold growing on the wall & roaches. The microwave didnt work & the bulb in the bathroom was burnt out. Managed to take a bulb out of the one working lamp to put in there so we could shower but also shocked myself on the exposed wires while doing so. Overall, the building needs significant repairs & a complete remodel. There had been no housekeeping so we had to go to the store to purchase towels to bathe.
