My daughter and I were here due to her son/grandsons death. Everyone of the staff members we came in contact with were so kind, compassionate and asked us to let them know how they could help. We even received spontaneous hugs. THANK YOU ALL for making this devastating time a little more tolerable!!

Was a Mess. Smelled like paint, got sheetrock residue all over my stuff. Should do one floor renovation at a time. Pool was Cold complained they Said it wasn't. Everyone at pool area was complaining.

Not much to like. Hotel appeared to be a nice hotel from its looks.

the first room the door wouldn't open 2nd room was really hot due to the AC not working 2rd room the AC worked a little Ran all night to keep it at 73 The shower drain wouldnt stay up had to wedge bar of soap under to keep it up.

The first room they put us in had not been renovated. The AC did not work and the hot water did not work. The indoor pool was closed due to construction and no one told us previous to arriving. The indoor pool was the only reason I booked the room there.
