I liked having a free shuttle service to the airport and to and from restaurants and attractions with very nice drivers and also the friendliness and knowledge of the town by Hyatt employees.

The location was fantastic for Tulsa Oktoberfest, a shuttle stop is right outside the front door. The lobby, restaurant, and coffee shop were also nice. We had prompt service from the front desk.
Negatives:
The beds were small and uncomfortable, they are listed as "double" but they are extremely small and although two adults fit, it was not comfortable at all. There were not nightstands on both sides of the bed meaning I had to put my phone and glasses across the room. The bathroom was alright, but not the cleanest. There was no full length mirror in the room, just one mirror in the bathroom. We slept horribly and the sheets on one bed were stained. I think we were given an accessible room as it had a roll in shower. That didn't bother me, but was confusing as we did not ask for that accommodation and I worried that we were taking a room that someone else may need. If I had paid less for this room I wouldn't have been so disappointed, but we stayed here two nights and paid nearly $900 for a very lackluster experience.
