Positives: A very good room - spacious, well appointed, good bed, bath was very spacious. The "hot" breakfast was not as hot as we had thought it would be, but was good. The staff gave us useful tips. We will be back if we come back to Yukon.

Positives: Location, breakfast was good, heated, indoor pool was clean, it was closed some of the time we were there for maintenance, but it was only a few hours at a time. They seemed to be in the middle of some upgrades since some things appeared new and others didn't. I heard 1 guest say he complained about noisy neighbors, and they moved him to a new room right away, so customer service was good .

Negatives: The elevator was a bit scary... lights flickering, and a little noisy. Room smelled a little musty, like it needed to be aired out, like when your house has been closed up for a long time. Beds were a little too firm for me, but my granddaughter didn't seem to mind at all, lol.
