Check in was difficult. They didn?t see a Hilton Diamond attached, but a call to the Diamond desk did fix it as well as switching to a more experienced staff member.

The valet parking was AWFUL. We had to circle the crazy block about 5 times before getting help. The woman running the breakfast area was SO rude. She seemed very full of herself for running a hotel breakfast room. Very short and snappy w/multiple guests

The room was extremely compact/ small. There was no self parking and valet parking was ridiculously long wait time to drop off and pick up car for a high price of $55 a night. Had to find parking elsewhere then walk to hotel.
