The hotel line was weird, when we tried to call to the room service, the person who answered the phone said she doesn’t work with Hotel Lucia but the hotel next door. I need to call to hotel Lucia….
When I walked down to the front desk, the staff told me they have issues with the landline connection with the hotel next door. It’s a very strange experience… the hotel Lucia cannot even fix the room phone connection
