The location was convenient.

The staff was rude and inattentive. The room had many issues - loud metal bed platform that made sheet metal sounds when you move, the lights blinked if you tried to use a power outlet, the tv is bluetooth connected and completely unusable, no microwave, the bathroom fan and light are tied to the same switch and it's LOUD enough to wake others and worst of all there is a constant sound of water rushing around you. Also, there is a bright light outside the windows that beams in your room all night. The facility is generally more rundown than the photos might suggest.

This trip parking was great, check-in was excellent, advance room request for top floor was met. Park Lane is walking distance to our favorite restaurant MEC on 13th.

The room was nice and there was plenty of room for me and my 5 grandchildren.

There is hardly no parking especially if there is an event. I had to drive the neighborhood to park at 11:00pm and the neighborhood is spooky. I will stay there again but i will take an Uber to the Moda Center.
