Between Tuesday, May 7th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. Negatives: Impossible to hear front desk check-in lobby under construction/very noisy & dirty. No soap in either room booked. There were flies in second room, stained chair upholstery, dirty towels. Building & unit doors did not close automatically for security.

Positives: Location worked out well for us. Easy to book room while traveling.

Negatives: I was not notified that the main lobby was under construction. We reserved a king room and was given a double queen room. Desk clerk corrected the room for us and went the extra mile to try to upgrade us to a river view room but all were taken. I expected a bit more for breakfast, plus there was no place to sit and eat it.
