This was a good location for us. The breakfast was good. The staff was professional.
Negatives:
I booked the room with the expectation of it having a spa and pool as advertised. This is one of the main reasons for booking at this hotel. When we got there, the spa and pool were under construction and not usable. No warning when booking.

1. Coffee maker did not work. 2. TV was on an angle mounting on the wall. Would not adjust. 3. Remote for TV didn't work. 4. Terrible parking area. 5. No eggs for breakfast, staff member blamed the delivery guy 6. The whole breakfast stunk.

I left my key in my room and when I went to the front desk to get a key they did not make me verify my identity or that I was a guest. Heating/air conditioning unit was EXTREMELY noisy so we shut it off. I have stayed at multiple holiday inn express and this property did not begin to meet expectations.

Gentleman that checked us in was very friendly.
Negatives:
They were in the middle of a remodel, so it is understandable the mess. The breakfast was missing pots for coffee or hot water (for oatmeal), no milk for cereal the pancake machine was out of order. Hot tub had sand at the bottom in corners.

I think the hotel was under renovation. Which was not stated. We had an ADA room. There was no toilet paper holder. The toilet paper sat on the grab bar next to the toilet. There was paint chips out of the doors. Room felt very dated.
