Not a 3.5 star. Toilette did not flush. Adjoining room door did not lock. Room lamp falling apart. Terrible food. 2001-ish TV. Rickety shower. Boxes to the ceiling in foyer. Foyer looked like 1975. Smelled like my gramma's basement. Unkempt grounds. Etc.

The shower in our first room did not work and the ac and the outlets in the bath room in the second room they gave us did not work and the floor was nasty and room service would never give us towels

Very outdated, dirty, and loud. People were walking around making noise very late at night and early in the morning. There wasn't much parking (we got the very last spot). Staff was overwhelmed and not helpful. Beds were mediocre.

Positives:
It's a great price and location just a few minutes from Harrisburg and under $100 during the week. The only thing that I had an issue with was some of the exterior doors wouldn't accept my room key.
Negatives:
Everything was great except the fact that the outside doors didn't always work. I had to use the main entrance at the beginning, and then later in the evening the door closer to my room started to work.
