Upon check in around 7pm, Kristy was the front desk staff. #1 She didn't want to look at the printout from Booking.com for the reservation for the two rooms I made for my son and I, and the other room for my cousin! # 2 She told my cousin that no room was booked for him, creating anxiety. Said with the hotel being sold out, it wasn't a good thing. She also said that 3rd party booking agents[ Booking .com] tend to book a room even if they are sold out! They weren't sold out, as I found out the next morning. She just wanted to power trip. After several attempts to get her to look at the printed reservation form booking .com she finally agreed, and it finally worked for the two rooms I booked! In speaking with other staff members who were very good, it was said we weren't the only guest to complain about her. After speaking to the owner of the hotel I will be curious to see if she's removed from the team for many complaints against her. At age 70. I don't need to stay at a place that's not welcoming...

Not very interested or helpful front desk. Being able to stay in the room we asked for - instead of one by the public bathroom with fans and whatever making noise all night long. And the odd smell...
