2 of the 3 treadmills did not work in the gym. The weights machine was wildly uncalibrated and the free weights are unwieldy and difficult to use due to the plates being incredibly wide and thin

We booked this hotel because it offered shuttle service to the airport so that we could avoid parking lot fees. Ive stayed at this hotel in other states and it was always wonderful. The shuttle apparently was out of order so the hotel offered to book z-trip for us which was fine. I asked if it would also be a shuttle bus because I did not plan on bringing a car seat to the airport since they are not required on public transportation or where we were traveling. I was essentially lectured as to how car seats are still required in vehicles with seatbelts and their shuttle has a seatbelt so I would need it either way. How was I supposed to know when the shuttle this hotel used has seatbelts that required a car seat? Ive done my research on what was needed for our first family vacation so this was very offensive to me to act like I didnt know what I was doing and a terrible start to our trip. Whatever I guess, a HUGE inconvenience but I would have had to deal with it. So we booked a ride for 4 people plus a car seat now to get us to the airport. She only booked one car because apparently she didnt think to factor in luggage or my stroller and only booked for the amount of people plus car seat. So my husband and I ended up having to drive ourselves to the airport and still pay the parking fees we were trying to avoid just to get to the airport on time because she didnt know when another ride could be there to pick the rest of us up. This was a horrible experience and I will be contacting management when I am back in the country to request a refund. We will not be using this location in the future.
Giving 2 stars because the person who checked us in was nice and the room was nice.
