it was convenient to everything via 97 and route 15. shopping mall a plus. liked the extra room if there were more then 2 people in a room and liked extra tv. Nice breakfast spread. people friendly who worked there. It was very clean.
Negatives:
for people staying three or more days they should have bigger refrigerators available. those tiny things didnt fit much.

we enjoyed the close location...
Positives:
The staff Michelle and Aiylah ( not sure on spelling) were wonderful and pleasant and very helpful. The pool area was clean and they had plenty of fresh towels and the hot tub was also clean and relaxing, the pool hours were great. The coffee wasn't bad and when there was an issue with handicap parking, the staff member Michelle personally moved her car so that I could have a spot right outside the doors, which was so incredibly kind. The AC worked well and the windows opened. They provide housekeeping daily if you want it but also have a lot of encouraged tipping, in the rooms and at breakfast.
Negatives:
The coffee was alright, it was free and hot and all I had to do was make a cup so in that sense it was delicious, the breakfast was okay, nothing too special obviously, but still good. There was one roll top container that would have warm items and 3 cereal options and oatmeal. A small bread container and two waffle makers, which make fabulous waffles by the way they were my daughter's favorite. The grass outside needed a good mowing but my daughter loves dandelion wishes so no major complaints there from me.

Nice big comfortable rooms. Warm friendly staff. Hotel is a five min walk to a lovely outlet mall. Ample parking space. Gettysburg's town centre and historic sites are just a 5 min drive away.

Positives:
The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. Common areas were well-kept. The variety and amount of the buffet was very good and there was plenty of room in the dining area. The staff was very attentive and friendly.
Negatives:
Room and common area cleaning could be a bit better. The coffee wasn't great (though having it available 24/7 was nice).
The scrambled eggs in the breakfast buffet seemed to be powdered. I didn't see real milk anywhere. The non-recyclable styrofoam plates, cups, and plastic utensils should be changed into either recyclable or biodegradable supplies.

We were appalled to see the hotel using polystyrene cups and plates and throw away knives and forks. Not any consideration for the environmental impact and something we haven't seen in hotels for many years. Very lazy and shocking to be honest.
Hotel room was OK, but small and the bathroom wasn't great. It really needs a good refurbishment, as compared to other suite style hotels we have stayed in, it doesn't compare well. It was fine for a few nights but I wouldn't rush back.
