Negatives: The “spa” was ice cold and when we asked the front desk he made up an excuse that the temperature was where the health department set it at and if he turned the temperature up it would burn our skin. We waited an hour and it never warmed up. The room above us was jumping up and down at 2:30am and nothing was ever done about it. The place needs a deep clean. Dirt and dust everywhere.
