They was very little selection. Of the food there the fruit was old/ there was no juice/ the yogurt parfait station was down/ the pancake maker was broke and when we finally went to use syrup there were ants crawling all over the container/ counter

The people next door left their dogs alone, barked for 3 hours nonstop. Ordered room service, no utensils or napkins and forgot our drinks. Called down and asked to have the kitchen bring up what was forgotten and was told we have them downstairs in lobby and you can come get them

As a mother traveling with her teenage daughter,I was highly upset to learn that this hotel has been allowing people(single men)to live in the hotel.The bed sheets smelled like they had not been washe.The TV didnt work.Thankfully I checked the beds no bug
