Negatives: Breakfast over early

Negatives: Room drawers all dirty, crumbs and tables needed wipe to clean.

Negatives: The rooms are old and worn, but the bathroom and bed were clean, my TV worked, and my door locked.

Negatives: Overall Rundown , strong odors especially in hallways, no fan in bathroom, mold, peeling wallpaper, stained rugs, light didn’t work, generally not clean, needs painting and better cleaning, breakfast was lacking basic items, happy if it’s used to help others but seemed to be somewhat of a halfway house.

Negatives: Trashy

Negatives: The bath was a little slippy, consider include a bath mat or something to prevent falls? We didn't have an issue but someone else with less mobility might.

Negatives: Property itself was very run down. My room however was very comfortable and super clean. The wallpapers were peeling off the walls in my room and you could tell it was lazily re modeled several times. Also, they claim to have “free breakfast” but all they had was toast and dry cereal. No milk, no juices, and coffee was gross.

Negatives: The homeless are everywhere here. I'm only saying this because despite being a walk away from our venue we absolutely would not walk it because you will go right by where the homeless live in their tents with campfires and surviving as best they can. They will also be scattered near the bridges outside, however, none approached us or asked for anything. However, on our way home from the venue my 15-year-old son got the "privilege" of witnessing a man full-blown naked and screaming, being arrested and surrounded by around 8 cop cars and multiple police. I bring this to attention because unless you're just an adult couple, I absolutely would not stay here with young children even under 14 at least. As for the hotel, I would never stay one night with young children here. Or as adults if you need to stay more than one night. It is not clean by any means. The floors, the tub, the blankets, the blinds, the lampshades, chairs, tables - NOTHING is clean. We wouldn't even take off our socks and we never used the shower. The sink takes forever to drain. We also had to throw away someone else's leftover drinks in the fridge. So, maybe we were just unlucky and given a room that wasn't cleaned after others had just left. This also seems to be the hotel where people live or are housed by others. We also encountered a crying young girl with the typical sob story in the dining area asking for pills which I'm not sure why she wasn't asked to leave. However, I didn't feel like we were ever in danger or that my car would be unsafe there. For just needing to sleep and being right by the venue, it worked for us. And I honestly loved the view and area near the water. It's a shame because the employees are awesome but I wouldn't stay again even for a quick sleep. I was going to take photos but honestly the whole room was dirty so it would have been pointless.

Negatives: Dirty carpet in room Bathroom door needed paint to cover writing! Very minimal breakfast on offer

Negatives: Room was filthy, sticky bathroom counters, dirty towels, debris on floor, TV broken, phone broken, noisy guests.

Negatives: The room we were originally put in seemed unclean; though it was relayed to us that it was due to a spray they used in the room since someone smoked in it previously. The woman at the desk was able to move us quickly.
