Positives:
The price was the best part. Overall it was the value of the room for the cost, it was a room with a shower, kitchenette, etc.
Negatives:
$100 fee after i paid for the room online. Roach ran across the bathroom floor, behind the bathroom vanity when i turned the lights on. Break area was definately unkept. Smelled of pot in the elevator and second floor.

This place is a homeless shelter, state rents out the 3rd floor for the homeless. room service was almost non existent. Hotel staff was mostly rude. I stayed here for almost 2 mos because of the price,, but you get what you pay for here.

Newly renovated bathrooms were great, rainfall shower. It was my first time getting to experience that.

There wasn't anyone at the front desk for 15 minutes to check in.

It was homeless people loitering outside of the building and inside , floors were dirty, hallways smelled of smoke even though its supposed to be non smoking , trash sitting by elevator, my partner didnt feel comfortable walking out of hotel alone
