The staff was very friendly and remembered who we were the entire trip. They always asked us how we were doing and we were always met with a smile. The room was very clean and so was the rest of the hotel. The provided breakfast was SO GOOD. We will definitely stay here again.
Negatives:
There were a few minor things I would suggest: add a single serve keurig in each room, have a fridge with a bigger freezer section, and allow guests to order movies on the tv or at the very least, have TVs we can cast to. We had brought our own groceries and our own kcups and wanted the ability to store and use them.

When I walked into the lobby I said hello to the front desk personnel but was not pleasantly greeted back. Driving 3 hrs from Maryland, I arrived at 2:30pm (a little early before check in) and asked about the possibility of checking in early. The room wasn't ready and I was told to return at 3pm. At 3:05pm the room was still not ready and I was told to come back in about an hour. Not acceptable! Especially when there were several people behind me that were checked in within minutes after I left to go to my car to get my laptop to work in the lobby.

Horrible service. For 3 night stay they never cleaned the room. Tgere were 2 towels and 1 small bar of soap. 2nd day i requested they clean room, take out trash and give me towels. The front desk promised me that but no one came to do anything.

The room was very cold when I arrived. Later the air automatically shut off. The room had a mildew odor. When I laid across the bed the top blanket smelled of mildew and urine. It seemed the bed was fixed fast because at Check in at 3pm the room had not been worked on yet. So, they may have rushed it and put the same blanket on the bed that was used by the person who stayed in the room before me. For this to be an accessible room it was very small. I could not turn my mobility scooter around. It was only because it has a shower that t he room was accessible. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. Snacks in the lobby was expensive. Over $4 for 1 small bottle of Coke.

Was close to the mall but due to hiways and heavey traffic you need a vehicle. Not safe for walking

Very clean and well maintained. The fitness room has a fantastic selection of workout equipment. The breakfast was also very nice with several hot options as well as fresh fruit, bakery items etc.

Positives:
The first room they gave us was not clean at all & then the second room didnt have heat so we had to wait to have the batteries changed in the wall thermostat. It was an inconvenience to have to wait & then charge $200 a night was unreasonable.
Negatives:
Just didnt have clean vibe & it looked out of date with the elevator, ice machine was broken. Need to be in better shape for the amount that is being charged.
