Positives:
The breakfast was amazing. It was a hot breakfast. The woman who prepared it was so kind and helpful. The lady at the desk at night was a pleasure to meet after a day of traveling. Everytime we came in at night she would make sure she said hi and asked if we had a good time.

The gentleman during the day was a little harsh. He never looked up when we were checking out.

Breakfast was full of every option imaginable!
Negatives:
Noise of children screaming and running up and down the halls because their parents aren’t being responsible for them. There should be stricter noise level policies, and people who have been warned several times, and who don’t get that there are other guests in the hotel who are trying to enjoy a relaxing stay, should fully understand that they can be asked to leave. Ir should not be incumbent upon guests who deserve peace & quiet to pack up their belongings, and move to a different room. Why should they be inconvenienced Further! This is not people’s family home where they can let their children run wild!

The breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly. It was a good,quiet location.
Negatives:
They did not tell us ahead of time they would need an incidental deposit if $150. The only ice machine they had was broken. The main sliding doors to enter the hotel were broken so we had to maneuver the luggage cart through two narrow doorways to get in. Also, they require a high fee for a dog to stay and do not recognize emotional support animals to waive that fee....unfortunately we had to leave our ESA with someone for this trip☹️

Staff was friendly, helpful, location is nothing special - views are parking lots and a gas station but is very convenient for food, lots of restaurants nearby
Negatives:
CLEANING - across two separate visits I was assigned the same room that I subsequently requested to have changed due to it uncleaned (trash, candy wrappers, food on floor), and the second time I was assigned the trash was STILL there. Second room had chocolate chips, other stains and signs rooms aren’t maintained/cleaned the best (hair under the blankets and in the sheets???)- but at least it didn’t have cookies and Doritos just sitting out

It was listed as Hampton Inn Airport location. It was farther north of the airport than I thought it was. Its close to 45 minutes away from downtown Pittsburgh.
