The inconvenience. No pool. No gym. Dirty floor. Mismatched kitchenware. Ice maker not working well. Minimal breakfast items. Raggedy chair. Soil sofa. Having to go to the front desk for everything that we needed. No number on the room we were in. Wear and tear on the carpeting, etc.

Everything was nice. The young ladies at the front desk were very professional and helpful. the cleaning ladies also so helpful and very kind. The suite was beautiful. we are booking again soon.

The pool was not open. It was under maintenance which was very disappointing being tho that was the reason for the stay. Wanted to take the kids swimming for the weekend.

The room was nice, comfortable, and clean.

The breakfast was bad. The eggs were "artificial"? and brown (overcooked). The sausage (kielbasa?) was well overcooked and looked like they were sitting out for more than just an hour or so for breakfast ( I was down at 7:30 am for breakfast). The oatmeal was watery and there were no options to add to it. No brown sugar, cinnamon... There was powdered sugar, chocolate chips, and granola; think that was for the waffles. The juice machine was out of order, the soda machine was out of order. No water bottles available, only tea or coffee.
