Worst bathroom faucet ever water extremely slow yet fast in kitchen , could not find a good medium with climate control in room if i didnt run the A/C at 69 the room quickly to 78 degrees from the central heater of hotel, toilet was leaking at base .

We checked out after two nights, though we prepaid for 3. Room was hot, had to run a/c 24/7. Desk chair not high enough for comfortable seating. Breakfasts were awful. Ran out of everything. Keys had to be reset, first floor furniture and carpeting shoddy

We stayed for 7 days and had to ask to clean our room, although the cleaning staff was very nice but overworked with low supplies on her cart. The hallway/elevator rugs were dirty, rarely vacuumed. Breakfast staff did not attend to customers.

Unfortunately the morning after my first night while I was asleep and my partner was doing some work from home, someone got into the room. At specifically 8:23 am. Very disappointed and when I try to talk to the front desk about it the only answer I got was I am sorry and it was probably the housekeeping personal nothing else. Not a what can we do to make your stay more comfortable. Nothing at all. Like it is okay for them to do that.

By the looks of the breakfast I decided to opt out and not partake all four mornings I was there. However I did like the working thermostat in my room. I was able to keep a cool temp to my liking the entire time.
Negatives:
I was looking forward to using the fitness center and the pool & jacuzzi but was extremely disappointed. The fitness center had two broken treadmills, two stationary bikes, and one elliptical no weights or machines. I was forced to do body weight exercises and then Id use the elliptical. But calling this a fitness center is borderline fraudulent. The jacuzzi was full of mounds of sand and dirt (I took photos) it was unacceptable so I never went in. And the pool water was cloudy and freezing. Some other things I didnt appreciate; I never got on the WiFi because it never came up on my phone, there werent instructions anywhere, there was almost never anyone at the front desk to inquire with. Secondly, my TV didnt work. It kept freezing up every few seconds making it unwatchable. Third, there was no housekeeping during my stay. Four nights in a hotel is a bit too long for the tiny trash cans never to be emptied. Lastly, I had to kill a silverfish in my bathroom. Gross. Long story short, Im never going to stay at this hotel again.

The staff was very helpful with the issues we had while staying and offered a partial refund for problems that occurred.
Negatives:
The 2 bedroom suite we had booked and paid for in full 4 months in advance and we had doubled checked on a couple weeks before arriving was not available. It was necessary to split our family up between two separate rooms. Also the AC quit in one room.
