Ice machine broke on my floor(3). Have to go to the lobby to get ice. Ceiling tile discolored from a leak or something. For breakfast the eggs were lying in a puddle of water on the pan.

I liked the room, our bed was comfortable and it was clean.

The pool was not open at all and that was not told to us before hand, the phone and tv in our room did not work, the staff was rude and we were not offered anything to make up for all the things that went wrong during our stay. We paid quite a bit for one night and could not enjoy any of the amenities.

The front desk staff was very ignorant and getting smart with me because I said I wanted to see if I could come early to make the room pretty for my daughter I got her the jacuzzi room wanted to give her a spa day and he kept saying we dont do celebrations I repeatedly told him it was not a party! And he just was very ignorant then on top of that someone tried entering our room at 6am luckily we had the top lock on I called up front and told them. And the room smelled musty.

Great location off turnpike and near gas stations and a few restaurants, newly remodeled, all non-smoking, lighted parking lot, quick check-in, 11AM checkout, younger staff was polite, nice room size, good control on room temp, large bathroom counter.
Negatives:
Older staff gentleman was rude, stains on many pillows that looked like dried blood, prices are too high. Breakfast should be a bit longer.

The price was OK for a suite, and this was the only location we could find in the area that offered enough room for 2 adults and 3 children. It was right off the turnpike.

The room was DIRTY. There was trash left under the pull out sofa, which we needed to use because the room was 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. We are a family of 5 with 2 adults and 3 children(ages 9, 11, & 13). When I told the front desk about the trash , the response was a shoulder shrug and oops. No one came to clean it up. The pull-out out sofa mattress had exposed springs poking through the mattress, and they only gave us a top sheet t9 put on the matress. The pull out sofa was unusable to sleep on, so we had a squeeze 3 kids in one bed. The pool was cloudy and dirty, and the pool room was dirty. The included breakfast was nonexistent by 7:30am. It started at 7 am until 10 am. I asked if they were going to put more out, and they said no. I would highly recommend choosing a different location before booking here. We have stayed in plenty of Best Western locations. They are budget friendly, so I'm not expecting top of the line, but this was downright gross.
