Clean, firm bed. Modern locks.

Old, unrefurbished building and furnishings. My room smelled like cooked fish and industrial air freshener. No vent in the bathroom. Had to leave the foyer light on all night in order to have electric power in the room overnight. One lamp and the microwave were unplugged when I arrived.

It was set up nicely for pets.

The floor was a little unkept. Cleaned up some water and found out how dirty it was. Plus a little confusion between management and booking.com. Which almost resulted in me losing money. But it was resolved. Thank you.

The room was literally in the basement. All the furniture was run down and beat up. The room was dirty and smelled of mold wich I am allergic too. I wanted to get a refund and go to another hotel or get an upgraded room on an upper floor.

Would have preferred a room that didn't have view from parking lot. View is not issue, but we could not keep shade open during the day to get any daylight because of foot traffic in parking lot peaking into our room.
