Positives: Spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows. Nice lobby. Close to the airport.

Negatives: The shuttle service for pick up at 7pm on 5/30/24 was terrible! It took more than an hour and three calls to the hotel to pick us up from the airport. When the guy finally came to pick us up I told him we waited for an hour and his response was that he needed to take a break. Totally unacceptable! He was also carrying a gun on his back which was very scary. The hotel should know that this person gives them a terrible image. On the other hand, the shuttle driver who took us back to the airport at 4am on 5/31/24 was right on time and very nice. Also, our room, which was at the end on the first floor had a musky smell and all the doors had scratches on them and the shower had mold. I don’t know if we were given the worst room, but it definitely needed a remodeling.
