The room was outdated and worn. The filters in the air conditioner were dirty. The grab and go only consisted of blueberry muffins and blueberry nutrigrain bar, and they had out some instant oatmeal packs. It was not consistent for someone with food allergies.

The property seemed fine when we arrived to check in, but when we returned from dinner, two men were outside playing music and smoking. There were numerous suspicious activities occurring both outside and inside the property.

The only thing good about the property was the location that I needed it for. Even being close to the airport, it was not loud. There is a train that goes by, but even that does not sound loud from in your room.

For starters. I parked my car and walked into the lobby. No one was at front desk. Finally, a woman in lobby yelled for someone and they came to the window. The gentleman was visibly under the influence of something. Very scary. He tried charging me for my room that I already paid for. Gave me room key. I walk all the way to my room for the key not to work. Had to walk all the way back to desk, get another key, walk back to room, and that key didn't work either. So another trip back to the front desk and another man walked to my room with me. He used a master key to open door. The door opened and I was immediately hit in the face with the nasty smell of stale cigarettes. I looked right at the guy and said "you better not try charging me for smoking in this room because this is disgusting" he ensured i wouldnt be. I dropped my stuff and left because I had an engagement that I needed to be at in 30 min. I came back to the hotel later that evening, and this is when I noticed everything else. The shower just dripping..alot! Door handles broken. Dresser missing drawers. Hair that wasn't mine, on face towels, dirt and bugs on the floor. I laid down, and the bed was worse that sleeping on a pile of pallets. The pillows were comfy. The cigarette smoke burned my eyes so bad. I did not leave as I did not have money to go somewhere else. I dont even think I should have paid for this place.
