Very good
Positives:
The location was the best. I liked that it had tea and coffee in the lobby. Microwave and fridge in the room.
Negatives:
I got sent to a different hotel 30 minutes outside the city because they ran out of rooms. The work chair was incredibly uncomfortable for actually working (too low/deep). The climate control system and TV remote didn't work great.
Positives:
Conveniently located
Negatives:
Mostly unfriendly lobby staff, indifferent to guests. We had to ask for housekeeping, but they forgot; or said that we were not on the list. We asked to be on the list, but they would forget. The five nights stay had only one day of cleaning. Surprisingly, they organized a housekeeping parade during the breakfast, it was pathetic, they did not deserve compliments. One day, the lobby staff said that they would remove the water to avoid guests from getting free water to pay for the bottled ones. Coffee was predominantly cold.

Poor Customer services at front...
Positives:
The location was very convenient for my purposes, since I had a conference at the convention center right across the street. The conference organizers recommended this hotel, which was why I chose it.
Negatives:
The breakfast was not good. It was primarily ultra-processed foods that were high in sugar. The only really edible thing was the fruit (although the bananas were too ripe).
The staff was nice but noisy and unprofessional.
The price was so high that I was expecting a much nicer experience.

Too expensive despite the location....

Negatives:
The hotel messed up on our reservation and then didn't help us at all. It was westlemania weekend so we were left.to find another hotel. Thankfully we found one. But the staff was rude and didn't care we had no place to go. We got there hours before our reservation but they didn't tell us until right before the reservation.

Awful I will never book at this chain of hotels.

Positives:
The hotel was centrally located and was easy to reach the touristic sites by foot. Chinatown is also close by.
Negatives:
They provide breakfast but they did not make a restock of food in the last 30 minutes, so the ones that came to eat in the last 30 minutes had fewer options (no hot breakfast available). Furthermore, they started cleaning the breakfast area before 10 AM. As such, if you'd like to have all the breakfast options and enjoy your breakfast, I suggest going early. There are elevators, but you have to wait a few minutes before they arrive. Using the stairs is not possible, as such everybody is obliged to take the elevator and wait even if they are at the first or second floor. The parking is quite expensive ($57/day). There's a valet that takes care of parking your car and bringing it back to the hotel when you need it.

Central location, ideal for visiting Philadelphia. Parking a bit expensive.
