Positives:
The property is run done and the bedrooms are in a poor state of repair. Blinds not working, disgusting bath which had a large deep brown stain around the plug. Disgusting.
Negatives:
It is trading of the good Hampton Inn name and pricing accordingly but this hotel is nothing like up to that standard. In need of modernisation and some tlc.

The proximity to the airport was good
Negatives:
It took an hour for the courtesy shuttle to pick us up at the airport even though they initially said 15 to 20 minutes. The room had an oder to it, the bathroom door was broken and there was a dirty facecloth left on a hook in the bathroom.

Negatives:
The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and not knowledeable of technology. The credit card scanner was refusing at least 6 customers and she declined cash. It was not a good situation but luckily a nearby customer figured out the scanner was not being used properly.
