The hotel is perfectly located in center of Philadelphia. Rooms are big enough for a family and well equipped. Breakfast included is very nice on the 10th floor with a beautiful view on the city.

I thought that "Hilton" stands for quality but having been in this location I had to change my mind. The hotel is a somewhat run down place, particularly in the lobby. The room which I got was very noisy and I had to change to an other one. The restaurant is cold and not appealing at all. The food is below average. Parking was 40$/day! Some staff members are helpful but some aren't at all.

- The staff were unfriendly at all.
- For the breakfast, you need to have coupons! Which nobody gives it to me when I check in.
- 1st morning the staff forced me to go again to the reception to get the COUPONS!!!
- Breakfast was too poor.
- complimtery water bottles in the rooms many times they were already open!
- 1 day they didn't clean the room, although I I've informed them. (There is to tag for cleaning the room, so I don't know there system, I had to call them and inform them everyday for that).
