Positives:
Location was great for convention centre users. Room was clean and spacious.
Negatives:
The fridge was not working and after almost daily complaints to the reception, they finally sent a technician up to check and there was nothing they could do about it. This was a real pity as a fridge was important for long term stays. Location wise the place was convenient for conference centre users but (a) it was not uncommon for non-hotel users to come to the restaurant area and use it (they were mostly from the market across the street) (b) homeless loitering around outside (c) restaurant area was not clean. As a comparison, I stayed at another Home2Suites at Dickson City and that was immaculately clean and well kept, with a functioning fridge!

The room was not as clean (had a pet smell when we entered) and we had to ask for towels which looked like they needed to be replaced (worn out). The room closet rod was bent and looked like it was a makeshift rod. Had to also ask for extra blankets (not enough for the number of people in room).

The security, specifically, Marcus was great with our kids and very welcoming. The location of the hotel was nice and the option to prepay parking was a big plus. The pool was clean taken care of.
Negatives:
The beds were absolutely terrible. They were extremely uncomfortable. Our bathroom door did not have a lock on it and was broke so it didn't close all the way. Our digital room key was a bit glitchy. The front desk staff was not very welcoming.

The location and the lobby was nice.

The room was very dirty, I understand that they were remodeling, but there were stains all over the walls, stains all over the couch that was in the room, and the floors had so many stains. The fire alarm went off and they didn’t give notice of fire alarm testing until AFTER it happened. I’m not a person who writes reviews and I hate putting negative reviews. But has the room just been cleaner I would have been great because it’s a nice layout. But I honestly felt like I was in a dirty motel on the side of the road.
