Positives:
The location and the one valet that was SO kind.
Negatives:
The service was terrible - it’s as if you are invisible to staff. The hallways were filthy - there was a dirty diaper and literally cake on the floor. The carpet was damp in our room and the view was awful. You’d think you would get more for over $300/night. The bedsheets were torn and rotten. They literally tore apart when you shifted around. The dust on the tables was heavy and there’s no way they have been dusted in months. The handprints and dirty elevators were gross. Oh, and they try to upcharge you to another room if you ask if your room is ready before 4PM.

Our room was not clean. It was very dusty and our pillows were dirty. The towel rack bar was broken. Our room also smelled of sewer! The staff was really nice and helpful!

Disorganized, dishonest staff that never returned our incidentals. Very disappointed in the staff of this hotel. I had to call six or seven times just to find out about my incidentals and every time run through the same scenario and every time he told someone's looking into it to finally receive an email that says no incidentals will be returned.
