I liked the lobby.
Negatives:
We had 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. We had no bathmat. Asked for more but they had none. We asked for a late check because we were staying for dinner and a shoe at the hotel. We were told they never gave late check out. The staff was not friendly nor were they will to help. There were no restaurants at the hotel open to eat. Not being from the area it was difficult to find places to eat. So disappointed in this hotel.

Location was really nice, easy check in and check out. The lobby was really nice and the connecting restaurants were delicious. Loved being able to walk all through Center City and the parking was easy.
Negatives:
It felt really old and cheap and not well maintained. There was a hole in the bathroom wall and the bedding was cheap, things felt old and musty and not updated. The hotel soap/shampoo/conditioner was all mismatched and I didn't think the room itself was very nice.
