I liked the location, it is close to restaurants and to the center where we were attending an event. The room was just eh and in need of multiple repairs room seemed pretty rundown which was a disappointment for the price we paid.

Was expecting the room to be more updated, seemed like it could use multiple updates.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the Cafe was comfortable and inviting, and food was delicious. There was also a great lounge area.

The rooms seem dated. The furniture is really worn. The sofa was uncomfortable and some of the plugs and light switches didn't work.

We booked a king size bed in November to check in at 4 and get up to our room and find 2 doubles. Upon calling the desk we were told they were sold out and it was that room or nothing. I don't see the point of reserving a specific room to not have it. The desk was not very apologetic at the time of the call. We were offered a free breakfast via text which we declined because of plans with friends but either way a free breakfast doesn't fix the issue. My husband is a tall man and his feet hang off the double bed. Anyway we were very disappointed. Bright side after our show the bartender was very nice and attentive.
